Dearest loved ones,
Please join us in honoring Tahnee on Monday June 12th. This uplifting event will be held at a private estate in Malibu where we will celebrate Tahnee’s life and her inspirational spirit.
Due to the uniqueness and location of the property in combination with the amount of people we anticipate to be joining, we will be providing shuttles to help usher people from a nearby parking lot to the private home. Below are all of the IMPORTANT details you will need:
- You are welcome to stop by at your convenience anytime between 3:30pm-8:30pm for hugs, love, drinks and passed hors d’oeuvres.
- We are doing our best to make this a celebratory event – we respectfully ask that you not wear black. White, bright colors and lots of laughter would be greatly appreciated!
- The weather in Malibu can be tricky so layers are recommended especially as the sun begins to set. Casual beach attire is perfectly fine for this laid back event.
- The home has an uncovered pool and is situated on a steep hilltop so please consider this if planning to bring children. We want to ensure everyone’s safety!
- Please park at Zuma Beach lifeguard tower 14 in Malibu. This is a public parking lot on the beach. You will need to enter at Zuma 1 and drive down to Zuma 14 where the shuttles will be picking up and dropping off guests every 15 minutes throughout the day. - In lieu of gifts or flowers we ask that you consider a donation in Tahnee’s name to Rockefeller University’s Fibrolamellar research group. This team of dedicated doctors and researchers have been instrumental in developing effective treatments for patients like Tahnee and they have become very near and dear to our hearts. Info below.
